What is the Azerbaijan e-Visa?
It is an official document which provides authorization to travel to and from Azerbaijan and is electronically linked to your passport.
Am I eligible for Azerbaijan evisa?

What do I need to apply for an Azerbaijan e-Visa?

How long does it take to get my Azerbaijan e-Visa?
Regular service is 3 working days and express service is 1 working day.
How long is the Azerbaijan e-Visa valid for?
An e-Visa is valid for 90 days, which means that you must use it within 90 days of issuance (for a single stay of up to 30 days).
Can I get a multiple entry visa?
No. An e-Visa is always for a single entry but you can easily apply for another visa after you have left Azerbaijan.
Am I allowed to leave and re-enter Azerbaijan with my e-Visa?
No. Once you depart Azerbaijan you need to obtain a new e-Visa in order to re-enter the country, since each e-Visa allows only single entry .
How long should be the validity of my passport in order to apply for the Azerbaijan e-Visa?
The Passport must be valid for at least 3 months from the date the e-Visa is issued. Also, it should have at least one blank page.
What should I do once I receive my evisa?
You must print it on an A4 paper in color and present your Azerbaijan e-Visa to the border authorities along with your passport. Please keep the paper with you until you leave the country as it will be checked again on departure.
What should I do if I have two passports?
Travelers with dual or multiple citizenship must choose the country of nationality in accordance with the travel document to be used for their trip.
How long can I stay inside Azerbaijan with an e-Visa?
Maximum stay permitted on the single entry is evisa is 30 days. If you are planning to stay in Azerbaijan longer than 10 days, you need to register with the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan once inside the country. You can do this by asking your hotel to apply on your behalf - they will be able to assist you. The registration process can be done online for free through www.migration.gov.az and through the regional offices of the migration department
Am I allowed to leave and re-enter Azerbaijan with my e-Visa?
No. Once you depart Azerbaijan you need to obtain a new e-Visa in order to re-enter the country, since each e-Visa allows only single entry .
I have realized that some of the information that I provided in the e-Visa application requires correction. What should I do?
You will have to apply for a new visa.
If my visa is denied can I get a refund?
No, the fees is non refundable
My child's is registered in my passport. Do I need to make a separate e-Visa application for her/him?
Yes. Enter data of your child/children registered in your passport and other required information into the e-visa application.
Can I re-apply if my e-Visa application for Azerbaijan is denied?
If your Azerbaijan e-Visa application is rejected, you may re-apply at the nearest Azerbaijan Embassy or consulate.
Do I need a transit visa if I have a layover Azerbaijan?
No. You do not have to get a visa if you are not leaving the transit area.
How will I get updated regarding my Azerbaijan e-Visa application?
You will receive a confirmation email right after you apply and pay the fee. Check your spam folder if you did not receive anything. You may also contact us via online chat or email us for confirmation. Once your e-Visa is approved, we will notify you via email.
